“Very good, but . . . ”

The canvasser, surveyor and installer were polite, helpful and efficient. The quality of the door supplied is excellent, as was the installer's workmanship. The sales representative was polite and knowledgeable. The difference between the sales representative's first and final price, however, was considerable. He tried hard to persuade me to pay a much higher - and unrealistic - price. By so doing, I felt he damaged both his and Anglian's integrity.
