One must have much patience to wait for a person to answer the phone. I waited an hour. It is helpful to be told, though, where you stand in line. Yesterday I waited quite a while too and decided to have MyHeritage call me back. I am not sure but I think there was no call back. Once I talked with an agent (I believe her name was Alona), things got sorted but in the end I decided to delete my tree because it was in a mishmash and I do have others. Fathers were sons and sons were fathers and duplications abounded. It was not pretty. The information given to me was helpful. If I could give a rating for the telephone call and one for the person answering, I would give her five stars.
