The coulby newham branch were extremely helpful!! I've been to three other aquatic stores; strikes, peter barrats/wyevale and anther local shop and they had no time to help customers. Finally I found pets at home, even though I hadn't bought my fish from there they went above and beyond to help and give me as much information and tips as possible. Welcomed me back if I ever had anymore queries, told me they'd sample my fish water for free and overall reassured me. Can't stress enough how wonderful the people were there.
