“Despicable!”

I recently took over a business premises which was supplied by Opus. I signed up with them giving them my personal bank account details on the strict proviso no monies would be taken from it.( They insisted on having an account number). I would pay their invoices from my new business account as it was not yet open. A few weeks into the contract and having spent circa £30 on electricity they took £743 from my account totally without notice. A week later and having agreed my electricity account is circa £30, they have still not refunded any amount and are loathe to do so. This company should be investigated root and branch!!! Do not go anywhere near them please! They should not be allowed to operate!
