“Fees for everything”

Useless staff, can never get through to anyone, no online maintenance possible and fees for absolutely everything.

Quotes are good just pray you never have to ring them for anything.

This is a joke of a company compared to everyone else I have been with. Made me want to cancel my policy but guess what? £50 fee.... Policy was only £96 for the year
