We purchased an integrated dishwasher online and paid for installation by Curry's.
It has been a catalogue of errors since then
*The dishwasher arrived, however it was faulty . The product was returned and reordered.
*The second dishwasher was delivered but the team could not install this as they needed a longer pipe/hose. Curry's installation teams do not have a supply of these which I would imagine would be required for many households!
*We purchased this online and re arranged an installation date
*The installation team arrived but were not the 'integrated team' therefore could not fit the dishwasher. A date was rearranged again for fitting.
*The fitters did not turn up on the arranged date
*After phoning customer services the next available fitting date was 2weeks away
*We decided to cancel and requested our money back.
I have emailed customer services a few times it takes 4 days generally for a reply.Far too long.
I would never purchase an appliance from currys again
This has all taken a month. It has been nothing but stress.
Currys require to get their act together ensuring better customer care and that their departments communicate with each other.
