“Friendly and convenient”

Good response on demand from Rentalcars. Quick confirmation of booking and good partners. Pricing is very good and bar for the last occasion where the aircon was not functional - all cars were up to the standard of choice. Car was swapped out with ease and generally the service from the provider was friendly and efficient.

What I don't like is the fact that I cannot extend my car rental from Rentalcars without re-booking. I had to travel 2 hours to return the car because I had to do it through the agent! That was annoying.
