“terrible and frankly rude”

I am NOT surprised that the building in Portsmouth Port Solent is mostly empty as my experience of them is terrible. on 3 occasions, their sales staff didn't even bother to call me back. when i DID manage to speak to someone and went in to see the place, the staff member didn't apologise, had the enthusiasm of a wet rag and didn't even want to show me how equipment was used. I DID complain to their head office, with a promised response from the GM. That was about 2 weeks ago and nothing yet. So if you're thinking of joining a Gym and you like just signing blank cheques to people who don't seem to care, come here, you'll love the place.
