Went into the Mortimer Road store on a whim after work, having contemplated the idea of cycling to work through the summer. Was quickly approached by a member of staff and from there the rest is history. Fantastic customer service, everyone i came into contact had all the time in the world for me to help me choose what fitted my brief, and over the course of 4 or 5 visits and a test ride, I was out on the road. The product range was great, the store stocked a huge amount of bikes across the spectrum, and the prices seemed very competitive. Ended up buying the Scott Speedster 30 2016 model on the cycle to work scheme in the sale, and have been commuting on it for the past few weeks. It's saving me a vast amount in tube fares, and not let me down yet! Cracking bike, cracking service, strongly recommend.
