Forgot to add something to my order and didn't want to pay another delivery charge. Got through to a very helpful young lady who cancelled the order from the despatch team (which was already impressive as I'd only purchased the first item moments before), and added my second item via the quick reference. I only needed to log out and in to get an approval screen (for the extra purchase) and it was done. Took less than 2 minutes (including a hold for her to check the cancellation).
Should all be with me at 'some point' - sadly on an all day delivery time slots for tracking aren't going to be easy. But I'm not complaining considering its less than 24 hours before arrival.
Very impressed eBuyer!
