All staff we dealt with at East Kilbride branch were first class from start to finish. Organised everything professionally,efficiently but with a friendly reassuring manner. We had not been abroad for some years and found the staff could not do enough to to explain and advise. Our flight was cancelled so we lost a day but the staff arranged our transfers free of charge as accommodation and flight company could not offer anything.
We appreciated this gesture and everything ran smoothly. Our accommodation was very basic but this was our choice as we were using this break to look at the accommodation available in the resort for the future
5 star service from Barr head Travel.
