Went to scs in mansfield.liked a 3 seater leather sofa and recliner that was showroom stock for sale.Paid by credit card £2000.salesman rang up a few days later to say 2 of the zips on the sofa were broke but not to worry as I could claim accidental damage on the warranty.Both managers at the store said the same when I came to inspect the sofa myself.Felt rather uncomfortable with this being told to lie to warranty people as I hadn't caused the damage.Few days later asked them to repair in store, oh no carnt do that it's in the warehouse now.The day before delivery contacted OFT as I was being bullied into accepting faulty damaged goods.Told manager I'd talked to OFT and finally agreed to refund.Was pestered about ordering something else both manager and manageress giving it all.said id consider a corner unit I liked.but would wait till refund back on my card in a few days. Needles to say said that just to get em off my back.wont step foot in scs again.
