My dad passed away on February 20. I had booked 5 pax hotel and flights for our Team Outing to Jakarta that same day. Which of course we had to cancel.
I straight sent an email to Traveloka to inform them.
The answer I got back?
No refund if cancelation is made after 18 Feb!!
How could anybody know when your dad is going to pass away?
Or you can process your refund directly to AirAsia and your hotel.
Traveloka I paid for hotel and flights. Which makes them the agent.
So why should I contact the hotel and airline myself?
Even after sending them the death certificat of my dad and till today contacting them. Receiving the same automatic/robot reply over and over again from CUSTOMER NO SERVICE.
I will never ever book anything with Traveloka again.
