I was pleased when I put it on Naturatint 10 N light blonde for we were in Arizona U.S.A. & my roots were showing... went to my hairdresser 5 weeks later in Canada she uses Redkin products..for my usual hair color blonde ... & my hair turned brown...what is in your product that would make it do that ???? I had to spend mega $$$ to have her streak my hair with bleach...to be semi blonde again... can you help me know why it would do that???

I have gone to my hair dresser for many years & she has always used the same product ...so we are wondering why your product on my hair would not allow her product to do its job.. if you could answer me back I'd be most grateful . thankyou so much from Canada
