“4 Failed appointments, 1 whole month and they damaged...”

I don't understand how it can possibly take 5 attempts to turn up to a job with the correct screen and trim. After putting a customer through that surely they would try and do a good job? It seems not. 5 days of my time wasted.

1 month to the day after they took my excess they finally replaced the windscreen. They damaged the car with a new piece needing to be ordered from BMW and painted. They also scratched all the way through the paint exposing bare metal in various places around the windscreen.

BMW have advised me to have the windscreen removed and the area properly re-sprayed. An independent specialist has advised the same. Autoglass say not to worry as any corrosion will be covered by their guarantee!!

There is no way they would be let anywhere near one of my cars again.

Avoid if you value your time or your vehicle.
