“Totally heartless”

Had to use this company after my son committed suicide and I needed money for his funeral. Never missed a payment in 4 years. Made my usual instalment on 1st March. Needed to put next payment back by 2 days to 3rd April. Was sure I pressed 3rd April but they insisting I put 3rd March. They agree it was a mistake but are insisting I'm in arrears and have to pay it as in arrears. Taking £50 out of my husband and my pensions
My husband is terminally I'll and told them this nut they are totally heartless and won't move. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
