ordered my glasses over £300 in febb, went to collect in march and glasses were broken, they said sorry and would contact me, no contact made, so rang basildon store, rang and rang for over an hour, complained to head office, useless, then spoke to manager there who said 2 lines come into store if line 1 busy you are put over to line 2, that the staff in the store cannot hear????? so your being charged while on hold, awful, this was quoted to me by manager there, hence asked for a refund, can only give refund in store as machine and telephone line not secure??? this is the machine i paid with in store???? would never visit or use them again, awful company awful service, spec savers here i come, so avoid ringing them as you may like me be on hold for a very long time, be charged and never answered...
