“Bad Customer service”

My friend had a terrible experience when he tried to book ticket using his reward cash. He was told that only 5% of cash can be used for the booking and the reward will expire in a month. Total reward cash Rs 1800/-
When contacted Customer service, the guy was telling him that "we are giving you something". We are not begging with this useless MakeMyTrip .
So please stay away from this website when you want to book tickets and thinking of earning some cash back.
