Good Points
Durable, AA batteries, long lasting light source, good on batteries, very powerful light

General Comments
I dont know what lights these other folks reviewed but the
Maglite Mini Maglite LED 2 AA 3 Watt is superb.

The mini LED has NO switch. It is very long lasting, durable , has a very powerful beam and takes a ton of abuse. I use it for geocaching and it is always in my pack. My comments are for the 3 watt LED light. I need a light that uses AA batteries so that it is compatable with the batteries for my GPS and FRS tramsmitter. It is slightly more expensive but well worth every penny.
