I upgraded my current contract in January 2017 and the Portsmouth store delayed the upgrade until Feb. As I was going to pay less for my bill, I believe they only delayed it to obtain the maximum fees they could. I was advised I would receive a FREE tablet which turned out to be false as I pay £10 per month for the tablet/extra Wifi. So believing I had a better deal turns out I have been Missguided and paying nearly just as much for less. The phone stopped working over 3 weeks ago and because it was passed the 28 days Three push you onto the manufacture and wash there hands of you as a customer. I was lead to believe my new upgrade contract started on the 15/02/17 but even thou they took the higher payment it started from the day I collected the phone. The issue was caused by the Three store in Portsmouth and because I live in Bicester, the local stores can not assist. I now have to go through ZTE to try and fix my phone but Three still take the monies even thou they know I can not use my Phone. They stated you can cancel if you like but it would cost you £460, which is disgraceful for a phone that was damaged by Three. I am very dissappointed in Three and our whole family was on Three 5 phones in the household. Now as the phone contracts expire we will be leaving Three.
Your Sales advisor stated the tablet was free and I needed the extra to cover my Data Usage. I have gone from Unlimited data for £37 per month to 6GB combined data for £33 per month. It seems Three are trying to miss lead and reduce customer accounts but making them pay the same monthly bill. I have had no phone for over 3 weeks but Three continue to want there monies regardless that they know I do not have a phone.
