“HORRIBLE LETTING EXPERIANCE AVOID! ”

The very worst service and always on the landlords side. Have reported damp, mould conditions in all rooms of the property I was renting only to be told to spray it with a bleach solution, never once did they do anything to resolve the damp in the walls. They do everything to avoid fixing real issues, even when you bring them up on home inspections. Your move do everything to take money 1,980 pounds to move in , resign fees of 120 a yr, they keep 120 of your deposit as a inspection fee. They are the worst possible company and do not care about the tenant ONLY your money, the should be called YOUR MONEY! YOUR MONEY PLYMOUTH AVOID was even told by the inspection lady that she didn't want to bother the landlord with anything because she was tired of paying out on the house , very nice feeling!
