Good Points
Helpful support team with near instant replies to queries. They are in Canada and can be contacted by 'phone if necessary.

Bad Points
They get targetted by spammers who use the generic @pobox.com to generate spam mail. Mostly it is handled appropriately.

General Comments
I have been with pobox, now, for 8 years and I can honestly say they have never let me down with their redirection service. There's the occasional glitch but what company doesn't have that? The spam screening is superb and, having an e-mail address out in the wild for 8 years it is bound to be harvested. I only get one or two a month by-passing their screening. I thoroughly recommend them and have done to several friends all of whom are pleased with the service.
