General Comments
In November I ordered a mobile phone holder for my Nokia, quite a common make of phone. The holder I selected was shown as in-stock with 3 to 5 days delivery. 18 days later in the middle of December I am still waiting. Customer service is non existant e-mails are ignored and so you have to telephone an 087 number and wait (you are number 3 in the queue) etc. Only to be given false promises. No appology, or explanation etc. just total ignorance on their part.
