Good Points
Just like the PS2 version. Drive anything, go anywhere but with a twist.

Bad Points
Can't think of any but I have not yet completed it.

General Comments
Vice City Stories is great. It's set in the 80's before the popular Vice City. It's not exactly the same because of the time difference but it is very strange knowing where you are going because you played the last one a couple of years ago. I really recommend it. The storyline is really good and you build an empire by buying, running and protecting businesses like brothels, loan sharks and much more.
