What a horrible experience I have had with The White Company. Their customer service is horrific and among the worst I have experienced.
Getting through is a nightmare as they have been upgrading their phone system for the last couple months,emailing is also useless as people do not read the email properley and respond on a different item. Still waiting for my goods and its a month later only to be told they are now out of stock and it will take 2 months for the stock to come in. I have placed 2 orders with them and they have lost my order 3 times and I keep having to chase them up.
