As a consumer I will avoid buying from any company that uses Nochex as their payment partner. They took payment from my card, never passed to the merchant, are impossible to get hold of to talk to and refused to acknowledge any transaction had taken place leaving me to arrange credit through my card issuer. Simply appalling customer service.
