General Comments
I think Halifax Bank Current Account are very unprofessional, unhelpful, iv been with this bank for over 12 years and they know the date my wages go in, yet they persistently keep charging me 30 to 39 pounds if my direct debits happen to go out before my wages, as it does sometimes, so no I don't rate this bank at all, on many occasions I have asked for a small overdraft but they say i don't qualify for one on this account , when i have asked to switch to one that does they them come up with the excuse that i don't earn enough, so i have now put a claim in for all the charges they have taken off me, a total over six years amounting to 2000.00 pounds - its my money and I want it back hailfaX, never would i recommend this one to my family, friends yet alone even my worst enemy.
