Pros: Accepted to refund tickets for a small fee.
Cons: Some of the Guest Affairs staff are amateurs at best and lack proper training!
Overall Opinion: It's been 3 months now since I cancelled my flights and refund money still not in bank!!! Replies to queries by the staff in the 'Guest Affairs' illustrate amateur effort, tardy at best with open ended promises and lacking sincerity. NOT the effort one expects from a respectful Airway company - I am very disappointed!!!
