“Simple And Sencere ”

Hi,
Your site is straight forward and easy to follow and makes the serious business of being covered by insurance a 'doddle'.
I think you could be even more friendly by lightning up a little and injecting a little humour onto web pages without loosing the necessary under lining serious of the business you in. Cheers.
p.s. couldn't fill your customer service questions as I have as yet(and I hope I don't need to) contact you with a problem. Until then I choose to think of you as helpful, polite and efficient, if it turns out that you not I will set the dogs on you and I have a Greyhound that can give you a very nasty lick.
