“Absolutely Terrible”

I am now having to call for an engineer to attend my home every couple of days to fix my boiler as there seems to be no one who can actually fix it once and for all. Never a priority as I have no vulnerable, elderly or young children living with me. Penalised for working full time and not being able to take time off for an engineer to come AGAIN to get it working and when he eventually arrives, he asks me what the problem is! Doesn't seem to matter that I've been without heating and hot water for more than a week on 2 separate occasions in sub zero temperatures this year alone. Always left feeling patronised by the young girl on the end of the phone as she "understands" how I feel! No you don't love!! I'm now planning to move out of my home as I cannot continue to live under these circumstances. Surely it's a basic human right to be warm and clean especially if you pay your rent every month and on time out of your hard earned wages. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.
