“Very bad experience”

When we arrived at The Holiday Taxi desk at Tenerife south Airport we were very brusquely told to stand and wait for our driver. After 15 minutes we realised our driver had been standing and chatting to his friends for the whole time.
Our return journey was worse and the driver was 45 minutes late. Our hotel were extremely helpful and phoned several times to be told various excuses as to why they hadn't turned up. If the pickup hadn't been 3 hours before our flight we could have been late. As it was prepaid I imagine it would have been impossible to get our money back if we had taken another taxi.
I would avoid this company. There are plenty to choose from.
