“Amazed, delighted and impressed.”

The whole process of ordering, following my order and setting up has been very impressive and straight-forward. Ordering on the website was particularly good, I thought. I bought a desktop PC with an separate graphics card and various bells and whistles, including a monitor, keyboard and mouse. As each component was added or amended, the price also immediately amended and was always clearly shown. This allowed for a variety of specifications to be configured and checked and ensured the PC remained within the target budget. When I was satisfied with my chosen spec., the system then checked it to ensure everything was compatible. For me, not being a computer expert, this was particularly useful. It identified something I had included that was not required, so I felt that was such a useful tool. After completing the order, it was then so easy to follow the progress of the build. Each stage was clearly explained and the flow chart on the website enabled me to see exactly how things stood. Much earlier than I expected, after 4 working days, I received an e-mail to say the PC had been despatched. My PC arrived the next day and I was even able to follow the progress of the courier around all his deliveries and received an accurate estimate of the time my equipment was to be delivered. Setting up was fine, with a comprehensive booklet included, although I had to ring the helpline to clarify if I had to do anything with some small items in the package. I didn't. Once it was set-up and switched on, I couldn't see the on button on my chosen casing so had to ring again for that. Despite my embarrassment at not knowing how to switch it on, the customer service operators were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Once actually switched on, there was nothing else to do apart from the usual personal settings as everything else, including the operating system, all software, etc., had already been loaded. It was a case of switch on and go! I am so impressed with the quality of the PC and the way the whole experience has been stress-free and easy. Thank you, PC Specialist. I will probably be buying a new laptop later this year and I know where I am going to get that from. Just one thing, could you include a little diagram to show how to turn it on!!! Just kidding! I recommend PC Specialist with no hesitation whatsoever!
