“Excellent arrangement”

Ordered a funeral pillow for delivery before 11am today. Order acknowledgement was detailed. Questions from me (worrying about the specific delivery time) were handled promptly, albeit that Live Chat didn't work; my subsequent email was answered very quickly. The arrangement arrived and I was notified by text. A relative sent me a picture of the arrangement, my gosh, how good it is...just couldn't be better - exactly as the online depiction, fresh, and with the card in-situ clearly printed. Thoroughly recommend.
