“No help from Santander spain”

I am in Tenerife and had my wallet stolen with all my cash and cards. I went to a Santander branch in los Gigantes for help and was told they were not Santander uk so no help available. Rang uk was told same . I wonder if their customers know this . Their TV adverts mislead .will be closing accounts of all the family when I return .
