UK Mail delivery driver left a parcel on Tuesday, upon opening the parcel I found it wasn't ours, it was for another business in Preston. I contacted the customer service to report this error, and to enquire as to the whereabouts of goods our company was waiting for. After a brief conversation with the girl on the phone I really didn't hold out much hope of this being resolved any time soon as she seemed very uncertain as to what had happened. I was told the parcel would be collected within the hour, and our goods would be delivered to us at the same time.......That was two days ago !!!!
