“complete waste of time, rude, poor customer service”

I'd have scored them zero stars if I could. This company are a waste of time in my opinion and very poor customer service. They cold called me – I agreed for them to come round to provide me with a quote for Windows and doors but made clear I didn't want the hard sell and my wife wouldn't be available, fine no problem, the advisor said.

Then the day before the appointment they called again, different chap this time and insisted my wife was available for the appointment – as she needed to be there for the frame design, which I still don't fully understand?! As my wife has no interest in the windows and I am paying for the job (not that it’s any of their concern) when I explained my wife wouldn't be available the guy got all defensive and slammed the phone down on me and said something like “forget it”!

A strange way to conduct business if you ask me and also an impolite way to communicate with customers, although I see the phone hang up practice is common and happened to another client, upon reading the reviews.

At first I was annoyed at the way the business had conducted itself and wasting my time, but upon reflection and reading some of these other reviews I think I had a lucky escape!

I can only imagine what would have happened if a fault or problem had developed, their aftercare service for example, if the phone call with the manager was anything to go by! In hindsight this has been a blessing in disguise and I've taken my business elsewhere!
