“Service has disimproved”

We used Holiday taxis on our last 2 trips to Los Gigantes but will not do so again. The pick up at the airport was fine but the driver insisted we were staying at a different apartment to the one we were actually going to. He dropped us off at the wrong place. Since i was concerned there would be confusion on our return journey, I asked the receptionist at our apartment complex to ring the local office for us. On the day of our departure, we were told to go to a busy roundabout and wait there. The bus didn't come. I had to ring the local office and it transpired it had gone to our apartments after all. This was really stressful and delayed all the passengers since we were the first pickup. Moreover,the bus was really shabby and the main door seemed faulty. The traffic for our return journey was so heavy I was convinced we would miss our flight since we were late leaving due to the confusion at the office. I won't be using them again.
