“Remortgage made easy!”

I contacted YMD after myself and my husband felt that there must be better financial options available to us but we did not how to access them. Within just a few days of having a phone conversation with YMD we had our first meeting with markcollins. He came to our house at a time convenient to us - after we'd finished work and put our children to bed! markcollins was thorough, informative and patient with our questions and queries. Despite all the questions we had never once did markcollins patronise us, he instead shared his knowledge whilst getting to know us as people so that he could take away all the information that would allow him to find a solution to our request.
markcollins spent 4 hours with us on the initial meeting and by the end of it both my husband and I felt that we could trust and feel confident in the suggestions that would be shown to us in our second meeting.
Just 5 days later markcollins returned for a second meeting this time bringing with him the solution. The options took into account all of our requests and needs of our children. And meant that not only could we move to a much more competitive mortgage rate but could also release the desired about of equity from our property and consolidate all of our credit card and loan payments into one payment - which was still less that our original mortgage payment!
Within 6 weeks of our initial meeting the whole process was complete and we are now in a much more comfortable position and have money in our bank to start making the house improvements and booking the family holiday that we wanted!
We would have no hesitation of recommending YMD to our friends or family for all mortgage decisions.
