“Saga House Insurance”

Lost all the coping stones from my roof during storm Doris. Some of them hit a first floor tiled roof that covers my Porch/Garage, causing three holes in that roof.
Saga sent out an assessor who told me to get back in touch with them as I needed a temporary repair to prevent water getting into the ceilings, both of which have electrical installations, and which could become dangerous.
Spoke to Saga who said I was not covered for temporary repairs and would have to wait for the full repair to be carried out.
Still no indication as to when that repair may take place, in the mean time I have holes in my roof and as its February in England fairly sure we will have rain soon.
My advice would be don't ever ever insure with Saga
