The Annual service should have been carried out in November 2016 but was not done until February 2017 3 months late, I don't call that Annually its obtaining money under false pretences because Swale took 3 months service money without doing a service and would not have done it If I had not contacted them, they normally send me a pre booked date for the service. The service engineer was very polite.
