We were very impressed with how easy it was to contact TravelRepublic staff when we reached the resort and were very disappointed with the accommodation. Our problems were resolved very quickly and professionally.We were then able to enjoy our holiday knowing that the company's staff were on hand if we had any further problems. Our only criticism was that the company should have been more aware of the state of the hotel that we originally booked. We were fortunately moved on to a lovely hotel that made up for the initial disappointment.
