Ordered a bed, 1st bed delivered was not what was ordered and delivered on the wrong delivery slot causing a additional half day off work, 2nd bed was what was ordered but damaged, also delivered in the wrong time slot causing additional day off work, 3rd bed delivered was still not in perfect condition but we decided to accept it as already lost 2 days wages with the final half day off. In total lost £404 in wages and was told by "customer services", and I use this phrase in the loosest of terms, that to either accept £125 in vouchers or £75 in cash or seek legal advice. I wouldn't advise using them if the were giving beds away for free, by the time I take into account the time lost on the phone mostly in the queue waiting for advisers who I suspect were run off their feet listening to other complaints even if they'd refunded me in full I would still have been out of pocket. Only gave them 1 star because 0 doesn't seem to be an option
