“Poor Customer Service”

I went to DFS Carcroft. He seemed really nice when we saw him. We later found out he was only after a sale. We asked if we didn't take the 4 years interest free payment option, would they do a discount for cash, or at least drop the delivery charge. He said he couldn't do that but if we paid the £7,000 up front for all the furniture and it went down in a sale before the 5 week delivery date, then he gave me his word he would refund the difference. It all went down A WEEK LATER and he didn't want to know us after that. He avoided coming to the phone at first, then finally, several phone calls later, he said we miss heard him but we definitely DID NOT! Stay clear of him and the team there as they are all cons. Also, things got from bad to worse, When the delivery guys came they were like Laurel and Hardy, they damaged our wall by banging the sofa into it. Put the other sofa in a puddle, and chipped our room door frame, with the sofa feet. It was wet weather but they just paddled in on carpets without protecting shoes like it says they are supposed to do. I complained by ringing the shop and all the ignorant woman did was try not to laugh! WE WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN. I DON'T KNOW HOW CAN HE CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT. He must have known the sale was going to start the week later that's why he wanted more commission!!!
