Travel republic has failed to send us the necessary log in details to check in to board our flight causing a week of distress and a lot of extra expenses (we had to pay Ryanair twice the amount we paid for our flights for one set of check in as a result), their appalling costumer services Never contacted us after we have asked them to sort it out our while we were on Malta or ever since we came back. Dreadful treatment and appalling service!!!! we are now back from our lovely holiday what we have paid hard earned cash to Travel Republic, who has failed spectacularly to deliver the goods, or to assist it's costumers whilst on holiday dealing with the results of their failure, and as a result despite having paid for our flights in full to Travel Republic we were denied boarding our flight and had to fend four ourselves at the airport and sort out an alternative check in method that did allow us to reach our holiday destination, and also allowed us to come back home safely!!!!! I can only praise Ryanair and our hotel (paradise bay Malta) and their staff for their understanding and assistance and all their efforts to rectify this failure by Travel republic, if it wasn't for them our Holiday would have been impossible or at the least would have been made miserable by Travel Republic!!
