“Just excellent in all respects”

Great experience buying from PC Specialist! I wan't sure what spec of desktop PC I needed after looking on the web site so gave them a call. The sales rep was very good and able to tailor a machine to match my requirements without busting my budget. No high pressure sales here; in fact he recommended I think about it before ordering.

I ordered online and found the process very simple and staightforward. The communication I got during the build, testing and quality control was excellent - I was kept informed every step of the way. My machine was ready for dispatch within three working days of the order which was sooner than the original estimate.

The delivery experience did not disappoint either! Great service from the courier who gave me a one hour window for delivery proving it can be done, other companies can learn a thing or two from DPD. Delivery was made right in the middle of the window quoted.

I am delighted with my new machine. It's performance, build quality and appearance has not disappointed in any way.

Thank you PC Specialist, I can recommend you highly and will be back again.
