After receiving a call from a client about their website being reported as insecure due to a SSL certificate problem. I did some online research but was unable to resolve it as I didn't understand the suggested answers, so I raised a high-priority support ticket with UWH to see if they could help.
Not only did they help and sort the issue, they also replied within 10 minutes of the ticket being raised! Brilliant!
And my client was also amazed at the quick response.
And this is not the first time I have had a good response from the support team - and it is very much appreciated!
