I recently renewed my home and contents insurance with Policy Expert and am extremely satisfied with the customer services representative I dealt with and also the coverage I would be receiving from the company which was at a fantastic premium. First the customer services person came over as fully conversant with both the buildings and the contents components of my dual policy. They gave me all the necessary information without trying to just sell me the policy, I felt that they actually cared that all my key concerns were covered in a simple and specific fashion. The products that I bought covered absolutely everything I needed, would not leave me with a financial shortfall and were tailored to my specific needs rather than being just a generic catch all policy. This was an element of the insurance that other insurers seem to treat as unimportant. I always shop around before finally buying any policies and this one was the best value by far.
