“Good quick service”

Unfotunatly I had to claim on my insurance as my cat recently spent a night at the vets after taking unwell. I had to pay the money direct to the vet as they dont deal direct with animal friends so was pleased that once my vets eventually filled in my claim form that I had an email to say my claim had been honoured after about 10 days. The only thing was that I didnt get all the money back for the blood test as apparently my vet charged £10 too much! I know it says that in the t&cs but I dont think it is my fault they charge too much. Also it would have been nice for an email to say that my claim had been received instead of having to chase it up myself. Also I was under the impression that I would not have to pay the excess as it would be taken off the amount I could claim up to for that condition but the excess was taken off the amount that was refunded. Apart from that I am happy with result.
