The code they gave me didn't work, and now I have to go through a complicated process of making a video to prove my point to get a refund? The only thing I have to record a video is my phone, so I guess once I'm done my vacation I'll have to enlist a friend to help me... kind of doubting I'll get my money back, but we'll see. Their support sometimes responds to the emails if they feel like it, and it looks like a 12 year old wrote them. I would highly recommend avoiding these guys.
