“rubbish products”

I honestly cant believe the dealings with this company AWFUL.

Firstly delivery - you are given a date and time (apparently not guaranteed) but you have to take time of work to receive items.

Then the loser of a delivery man (not a gentleman) dont help me with the product up the stairs following me having a STROKE after caesarean which i explained to him.

Then yesterday the bed is delivered and i practically have to beg the same delivery firm (even though told it would be delivered by another firm) its policy again not to help. Absolutely shocking.

Obviously until assembling the product you dont know the faults etc and there were many
(pictures taken as proof) and now they will not accept the product back. I will be reporting this firm to trading standards and they have not heard the last of this.......
